At The Institute for Intercultural Diplomacy, our facilitators and coaches draw on their diverse life experiences to guide others with empathy and insight. We believe in learning that inspires courage, supports growth, and builds lasting change through care and genuine collaboration.
Our Core Assessment
As Qualified Administrators of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICS) we provide individuals and groups a reference point along your intercultural journey. Results of these assessments can inform appropriate next steps customized for your leadership development. We also provide personalized coaching aimed at developing your leadership strengths through an intercultural lens and targeted practice.
