Meet us

Deborah (Deb) Breiting is a group facilitator with over 25 years of experience supporting life long learners. She is passionate about creating inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments, with a focus on multilingual speakers from diverse international backgrounds. Grounded in transformative learning and critical reflection, Deb helps adults in various sectors navigate the complexities of language, identity, and intercultural communication.

Deb holds a Master’s in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Southern Maine, a Certificate in Intercultural Studies, and a B.A. in Linguistics and German from the University of British Columbia. She is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®), a certified trainer with the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI), and recently completed the 15-hour Sustained Dialogue Moderator Skill Series (June 2025), a five-stage dialogue to action process for building relationships and creating community change from The Sustained Dialogue Institute.  

With warmth and insight, Deb hopes to foster meaningful conversations about cultural self awareness and connection, facilitating personal and professional growth that is both impactful and sustainable.

Danielle Gorman has 18 years of experience facilitating training for educators and parents throughout New England in mindfulness, embodied awareness, early childhood education, and the integration of music & creative movement into general education classrooms. In addition, she has worked with recovery communities and crisis services as a bodymind therapist since 2015. 

She earned graduate certificates in Mindfulness for Educators & Leaders and Trauma-Informed Education, as well as a Masters of Education in Human Development from Antioch University. In addition, she is certified as a yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory.

She brings her experience in education leadership, consulting, and somatic awareness along with her extensive experience in group facilitation and training to reorient professional and personal development to prioritize reflection, integration, and lasting change for participants within community over information delivery. 

Danielle is the Director of Early Childhood for Breakwater School, an independent progressive toddler-8th grade school in Portland, Maine. She is also a Yoga Therapist, Group Facilitator, and certified Life Mentor through Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy School.

Idella Goodson Glenn, Ph.D., CDE, brings over 30 years of experience in higher education and more than 25 years of leadership in diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging (DEIAB). She most recently served as Vice President for Equity, Inclusion, and Community Impact at the University of Southern Maine, with previous roles at Hollins University, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Furman University, where she advanced to Assistant Vice President for Student Development and Assistant Dean of Diversity and Inclusion.

Dr. Glenn holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Clemson University, an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina, and a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Furman University. She is a Certified Diversity Executive, a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, and an active member of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education. Dr. Glenn serves on the Board of Directors for the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI), is a Senior Trainer with the NCBI Carolina Coalition, and previously served on the National Advisory Council for the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity.

Grounded in the belief that we are all interconnected, as so powerfully expressed by Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Idella approaches diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work with a deep sense of purpose and cultural humility. She believes that true progress comes through collaboration, coalition-building, and a shared commitment to creating environments where every individual feels a sense of belonging and value.

Her work is guided by a lifelong commitment to learning and a calling to bridge deep personal joy with the world’s need for equity and justice, echoing Frederick Buechner’s notion of vocation.

Catherine Menyhart is a passionate facilitator and coach and the founder of Making Space, LLC. helping individuals and groups develop inclusive leadership practices and team cultures. With 20 years of experience in international education and intercultural leadership development, Catherine is dedicated to helping individuals across diverse sectors better understand themselves and others in order to lead more effectively, inclusively and authentically. She believes curiosity, wonder and joy are essential elements in the learning process. 

Previously, Catherine managed learning and development programs at the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) for employees in over 40 countries. She has lived and worked in France and Senegal and taught at an Expeditionary Learning high school in Portland, Maine. 

She holds a master’s degree in Education from the University of Southern Maine and a B.A. in International Relations and French from Grand Valley State University. She is an IDI Qualified Administrator and Senior Facilitator of Personal Leadership.

Catherine lives in coastal Maine with her husband and young son, and writes with the Casual Union of Working Poets. She loves exploring the natural world in all seasons: walking, running, skiing or other moving meditations — and has an insatiable curiosity for what lies around the next corner.
