Deborah (Deb) Breiting has over 25 years of experience in group facilitation, program design, and student case management in industry sectors including higher education, non-profit organizations and public school systems both domestically and internationally.

She earned her Certificate in Intercultural Studies and her Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and German from the University of British Columbia and holds a Master’s degree in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Southern Maine.

Deborah builds on transformative learning practices and critical thought approaches with a focus on culture and context. She inspires those she works with to re-evaluate assumptions and preconceived notions of their worldviews to achieve growth and transformation.

  • Danielle Gorman has 18 years of experience facilitating training for educators and parents throughout New England in mindfulness, embodied awareness, early childhood education, and the integration of music & creative movement into general education classrooms. In addition, she has worked with recovery communities and crisis services as a bodymind therapist since 2015. 

    Danielle is also the Director of Early Childhood for Breakwater School, an independent progressive toddler-8th grade school in Portland, Maine.  

    She earned graduate certificates in Mindfulness for Educators & Leaders and Trauma-Informed Education, as well as a Masters of Education in Human Development from Antioch University. In addition, she is certified as a yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists.  

    She brings her experience in education leadership, consulting, and somatic awareness along with her extensive experience in group facilitation and training to reorient professional and personal development to prioritize reflection, integration, and lasting change for participants within community over information delivery.

  • Idella Goodson Glenn, Ph.D., CDE, brings over 30 years of experience in higher education and more than 25 years of leadership in diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging (DEIAB). She most recently served as Vice President for Equity, Inclusion, and Community Impact at the University of Southern Maine, with previous roles at Hollins University, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Furman University, where she advanced to Assistant Vice President for Student Development and Assistant Dean of Diversity and Inclusion.

    Dr. Glenn holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Clemson University, an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina, and a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Furman University. She is a Certified Diversity Executive, a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, and an active member of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education. Dr. Glenn serves on the Board of Directors for the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI), is a Senior Trainer with the NCBI Carolina Coalition, and previously served on the National Advisory Council for the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity.

    Grounded in the belief that we are all interconnected, as so powerfully expressed by Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Idella approaches diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work with a deep sense of purpose and cultural humility. She believes that true progress comes through collaboration, coalition-building, and a shared commitment to creating environments where every individual feels a sense of belonging and value.

    Her work is guided by a lifelong commitment to learning and a calling to bridge deep personal joy with the world’s need for equity and justice, echoing Frederick Buechner’s notion of vocation.

  • Catherine Menyhart is a passionate facilitator and coach, helping individuals and groups develop inclusive leadership practices and team cultures. With 20 years of experience in international education and intercultural leadership development, Catherine is dedicated to helping individuals across diverse sectors better understand themselves and others in order to lead more effectively, inclusively and authentically. She believes curiosity, wonder and joy are essential elements in the learning process. 

    Previously, Catherine managed learning and development programs at the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) for employees in over 40 countries. She has lived and worked in France and Senegal and taught at an Expeditionary Learning high school in Portland, Maine. 

    She holds a master’s degree in Education from the University of Southern Maine and a B.A. in International Relations and French from Grand Valley State University. She is an IDI Qualified Administrator and Senior Facilitator of Personal Leadership.

    Catherine lives in coastal Maine with her husband and young son, and writes with the Casual Union of Working Poets. She loves exploring the natural world in all seasons: walking, running, skiing or other moving meditations — and has an insatiable curiosity for what lies around the next corner, especially hand-in-hand with her young son.
