The Sustained Dialogue®

Deborah successfully completed the 15-hour Sustained Dialogue Moderator Skill Series in July 2025. This Program Series equips participants to facilitate the Sustained Dialogue® Process, which is a five-stage, dialogue-to-action process designed to build relationships and drive community change. Grounded in the philosophy of Dr. Harold Saunders, founder of the Sustained Dialogue Institute, this model emphasizes “listening deeply enough to be changed by what you learn.” Rather than attempting to change others, the Sustained Dialogue® process encourages individuals to reflect and evolve through the stories and experiences shared in dialogue.
